  • 5+ years of professional front-end web site development and design experience
  • Experience with Optimizely (Episerver) within a corporate development team is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

Responsibilities
  • Design and development of high-quality, responsive websites and web applications with focus on user experience, interactivity, and functionality
  • Leverage Optimizely CMS and features to build, optimize, and maintain digital platforms, ensuring best practices in content management
  • Work closely with the internal digital team to translate mockups and wireframes into functioning interfaces
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and back-end development teams to align on project goals and efficient implementation
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks while optimizing performance across devices
  • Diagnose and resolve front-end issues in production environments to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Assist content managers and marketing teams in managing and optimizing content within the Optimizely CMS platform
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with the Optimizely CMS; if not Optimizely, experience with other .NET CMS is preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architecture, specifically Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of back-end development principles or experience in full-stack environments
