Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross functional leaders to develop and execute Freshpaint’s product roadmap
  • Build and manage a high performing and operationally excellent product team that relentlessly delivers on our roadmap
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize product and features on our roadmap, striking a balance between innovation and business goal achievement
  • Embed with Freshpaint’s go to market teams to deeply understand our customer goals and deliver solutions that help them achieve them
  • Constantly talk to customers, prospects and thought leaders in our market to gain an informed view of what we should build and when
  • Consistently do discovery to find ways to expand our TAM by delivering product that creates a stronger land wedge and opens up new verticals
  • Look for product opportunities that help us expand the revenue within our existing customer base to achieve 120% NRR
