About the job

Requirements
  • A solid track record as a Senior or Staff Product Manager, managing complex stakeholders and mediating conflicting priorities.
  • Practical experience with emerging products, high-uncertainty environments, or zero-to-one initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts and act as an effective interlocutor among Engineering, Product, and Operations teams (AID/CS).
  • Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions and apply strategic intuition when information is scarce.
  • A results-oriented mindset and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into sound strategic arguments.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex strategies verbally and in writing to different levels of the organization.
  • Seniority in managing trade-offs, with a clear focus on return on investment, business impact, and roadmap alignment.
  • Experience with B2B products, especially in operationally intensive ecosystems where technology improves efficiency and reduces manual work.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, define an action plan, and execute across strategy, tactics, and operational implementation.
  • Resilience and consistency, with the ability to maintain energy and focus in ambiguous and complex day-to-day situations.
Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the area, explicitly balancing operational demands with structural product priorities.
  • Create and maintain a clear process for intake, triage, and prioritization of requests from operations teams, eliminating the need for individual negotiation with engineers.
  • Lead continuous discovery with AID, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand the root causes of recurring requests rather than only addressing their immediate symptoms.
  • Prioritize and evaluate difficult trade-offs, including with limited data, by assessing impact, effort, operational risk, strategic alignment, and cost of inaction, and defend decisions using data and evidence.
  • Understand customer pain points, stay close to customers, and pursue scalable improvements that address underlying problems rather than symptoms.
  • Serve as a senior product reference for multiple internal areas, with autonomy to make difficult decisions and align leaders.
  • Monitor metrics and key performance indicators, including AID operational indicators such as time spent on workarounds and temporary fixes, to inform decisions.
  • Mentor other Product Managers and raise the level of analytical rigor and prioritization across the product team.

What believers are saying

  • May 2026 funding of $100M+ financed talent, infrastructure, and geographic expansion.
  • Clients include Bradesco, Nubank, Mercado Livre, LATAM Airlines, and Airbnb.
  • Brazil's 75 million pending lawsuits keep demand for automation brutally large through 2026.

What critics are saying

  • Brazilian courts and large clients can switch workflows to rivals like Jusbrasil or Astrea.
  • Aggressive litigation automation invites adverse rulings, bar backlash, and regulatory scrutiny in 2026.
  • If mass-litiation economics normalize, Enter loses pricing power and becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes Enter unique

  • May 2026: Enter became Latin America's first AI unicorn, backed by Founders Fund.
  • EnterOS handles 300,000+ lawsuits yearly, integrating courts, ERPs, and internal systems.
  • Its agents analyze audio, video, contracts, and bank statements, then flag fraud patterns.
