  • Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Own the recruiting process in Greenhouse including job posts and onboarding
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records
  • Build and promote employer brand and represent company values in candidate communications
  • Maintain regular reporting to track recruiting metrics and measure effectiveness
  • Act as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Participate in People Operations projects and employee engagement activities
