  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 7 years of Commercial Banking experience in customer or sales support, deposits, loans, operations, and/or regulatory functions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professional service colleagues supporting assigned commercial verticals and portfolio.
  • Manage first-line service colleagues responsible for customer-facing activities, documentation, and servicing needs of Commercial customers.
  • Make decisions and influence sales, service, risk, customer experience, product and problem resolution, colleague leadership, and the establishment of procedures, job aids, and policies within Commercial Services.
  • Develop, train, evaluate, assign work to, and supervise multiple direct reports.
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and day-to-day management of team performance using available reporting and knowledge of Commercial products and verticals.
  • Make decisions to ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently and accurately.
  • Serve as backup to the senior Services manager and participate in the management team.
  • Assist with resource planning, project management, training, and documentation for the group.
  • Drive and manage the processes and resources used by the team and the quality of team results.
  • Manage risk by identifying and mitigating losses and reputation risk and overseeing controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with Sales and business leaders to enhance customer experience and deal team execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, customers, and third parties, and participate in customer calls and events as required.
  • Drive team performance and productivity through data-driven analysis and ownership of key results metrics.
  • Own, facilitate, and meaningfully participate in strategic projects, representing Commercial customer and colleague perspectives in proposed changes.
  • Handle complex situations by facilitating resolutions and supporting complex onboarding, depository accounts, customer digital platforms, products, credit structures, and funds movement as appropriate.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of Commercial products, services, systems, and related technology to enhance relationship management and team knowledge.
  • Propose solutions for complex and evolving Commercial portfolios.
  • Build and maintain individual development and a high-performing team dynamic.
  • Promote and adopt change management and culture for colleague and customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

CTO Realty Growth has closed a $1.0 billion unsecured credit facility, extending its debt maturity profile and increasing total commitments by $250 million. The Winter Park, Florida-based owner and operator of open-air shopping centres will use proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its previous $300 million revolving credit facility and two term loans. The new facility comprises a $400 million revolving credit facility due September 2030 and four term loans ranging from $150 million each, maturing between September 2029 and March 2032. The refinancing increases the company's weighted average debt maturity to 4.3 years from 1.6 years. Initial fixed interest rates on the term loans range from 3.4% to 5.3%, based on applied SOFR swaps. The facility was provided by a syndicate led by KeyBank National Association.

Sessions happen from noon to 1 p.m. All meetings are online. Detroit came in last among 182 U.S. cities when WalletHub checked credit scores. The city's average sits at 570, according to ClickOnDetroit. Chicago averages 630. Grand Rapids averages 634. That's a big difference showing just how far behind Detroit falls when compared to other cities nearby. The best possible credit score is 800. More people swipe credit cards now to cover bills as prices climb. This squeeze has driven many residents to seek help fixing their credit problems. Huntington Bank adds signage to Charlotte HQ, doubles office space to four floors

Huntington Bank is expanding its presence at its Charlotte regional headquarters and adding signage to the One South office tower. The bank will occupy the building's 39th and 40th floors, bringing its total to four full floors. The signage will be installed atop the 40-storey building at 101 S. Tryon St. in uptown Charlotte. The expansion will support several hundred colleagues across the greater Charlotte area. Huntington opened its regional headquarters at One South in 2023. The bank has been growing steadily in the Carolinas, having opened 14 full-service branches across 10 markets in the region, with approximately 55 branches planned total. Move will maintain Huntington's longtime presence on Capitol Square and create a modern, accessible customer experience COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Huntington Bank today announced plans to relocate its historic downtown Columbus branch from its current space at 17 S. High St. to a new storefront within the same building. The move reinforces the bank's deep commitment to the downtown core and will enhance convenience and access for customers. The relocated branch will maintain Huntington's 160-year presence at the corner of Broad and High, and provide a refreshed, street-level banking environment designed to better serve customers, colleagues, nearby businesses, residents and visitors. The move is expected to be completed in summer 2027, and branch operations will continue in the historic branch until the new space opens. The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law will occupy the historic branch space as part of its relocation to 17 S. High St. Huntington previously sold the building to Downtown Columbus, Inc. Cardinal Infrastructure secures $250M delayed draw term loan and boosts revolving credit to $100M

Cardinal Infrastructure Group's construction subsidiary, Cardinal Civil Contracting, has secured a $250 million delayed draw term loan facility and expanded its revolving credit line from $75 million to $100 million through a Second Amendment to its Credit Agreement with Truist Bank. The delayed draw facility can be accessed in up to five separate advances over 18 months from the 10 September 2026 effective date. The amendment requires the borrower to maintain a Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio of no greater than 1.60 to 1.0 and Consolidated EBITDA of at least $125 million for the twelve months ended 30 June 2026. The expanded credit capacity provides Cardinal Infrastructure significant liquidity for potential acquisitions, project investments, or operational needs. The lending syndicate includes Truist Bank, First Horizon Bank, KeyBank, Regions Bank, and other financial institutions.
