Requirements

Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate basic messages orally, write brief messages, and keep simple records.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks using clear directions and procedures, without independent decision-making.
Ability to follow standard procedures and use guidance provided by a supervisor or manager.
Ability to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles and use awkward positions as required.
May regularly need to wear personal protective equipment and work around hazardous situations, equipment, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to perform the stated physical activities, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or sitting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Receive and put away inbound product in designated locations.
Pick or pull the correct product from appropriate locations and deliver it to the staging area or delivery truck.
Operate manual or powered equipment to transport product in and around the warehouse.
Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
Maintain orderliness and housekeeping in assigned work areas.
Comply with established company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in a warehouse or similar work environment.
Prior order picker experience.
Prior forklift experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Pay: $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities can include duties aligned with shipping and/or receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. May also be responsible for operating manual/powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.

Essential Job Duties

Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.
The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.
Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
