Responsibilities
  • Utilize your HubSpot background to support the marketing team, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimization.
  • Oversee marketing projects using Monday.com, ensuring timelines are met and teams are aligned.
  • Lead analytics efforts, generate insights, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign setup, execution, and optimization, ensuring best practices are followed for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Provide analytics support for the BDR function, including performance tracking and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
  • Manage and support our current campaign operations contractor to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all campaigns.
  • Help prepare for the upcoming year by analyzing current operations, recommending improvements, and ensuring readiness for future campaigns.
  • You’ll have access to ChatGPT Teams and Microsoft Co-pilot (and features available in HubSpot and other martech) to support your use of AI to optimize and improve operations.
