  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security or 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • PMP or SAFe certification
  • Experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS company or complex technical environment
  • Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS)
  • Experience with security tools and technologies like firewalls, vulnerability scanners, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts without jargon
  • Up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer immigration sponsorship
Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of the security program strategy
  • Support management in setting and achieving OKRs/KPIs
  • Prepare and present security reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet security commitments
  • Oversee vulnerability management program
  • Support compliance roadmap
  • Evolve Secure Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ensure recovery and improvement after incident response
  • Support Vendor Security and Customer Trust initiatives
