Embedded C/C++ Developer
About the job
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience coding in C/C++.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Ability to read and modify legacy code independently.
- Familiarity with Microchip dsPIC30F microcontrollers, Freescale MPC5668G microprocessors, CodeWarrior, MPLAB, and Quartus II.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.
- Perform full life-cycle development, including new development, design, and enhancements to existing software.
- Design system architecture and software components.
- Develop drivers for Controller Area Network, Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter, Serial Peripheral Interface, and Inter-Integrated Circuit protocols.
- Write firmware in VHDL.
- Work in a team environment and contribute directly to the end product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
