The Team You’ll Work With
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you’ll work cross-functionally to support our Sales and Marketing Teams by creating visuals, content, and materials that help drive growth at Qloo. We are a small but mighty team of ~40, made up of passionate individuals who work hard to help clients solve real-world problems such as increasing user retention, growing sales, and improving marketing efficacy.

The Impact You’ll Have
As a Junior Designer at Qloo, you’ll support our Growth and Marketing teams and will be responsible for crafting engaging, visually appealing designs that will drive our B2B marketing and sales efforts. You will be at the heart of creating product marketing and sales collateral, designing assets for marketing campaigns, and developing new visuals for our content program — all while ensuring consistency with our brand’s visual identity. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our company and building our Go-To-Market initiatives.

*Please note that this is a full-time 3-month contract to FTE hire opportunity, and is based three days in office at Qloo’s HQ in Soho.
Our ideal candidate will immediately provide value by:
* Designing and developing engaging content for various digital platforms such as websites, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels
* Collaborating with our marketing and sales teams to design effective B2B marketing materials and assets, aligning with our brand identity and targeted audience
* Developing visuals for lead generation campaigns, including infographics, eBooks, landing pages, and other interactive content
* Monitoring industry trends and applying best design practices to ensure our content is current, impactful, and aligns with our audience’s preferences
* Assisting in the creation of video content and other rich media assets
* Supporting the creation of design elements for time-sensitive content marketing campaigns rooted in current news and events
* Providing design support for other business areas as required
To be a successful match, we are seeking a Design professional with:
* 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing design
* Experience with data visualization, skilled in transforming complex datasets into engaging, intuitive visual experiences
* Proven experience in creating designs for sales collateral, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns
* Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other visual design tools
* A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and understanding of design principles
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Expectation to work in our Soho office three days a week
* Bonus points: video editing and video content creation, and/or animation/motion design skills

Qloo’s compensation package includes equity for all full-time positions. Our salary range for this role is: $65,000 - $90,000. Final offers may vary from the listed amount based on experience and expertise – we are open to different backgrounds and tenure for this hire and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
