Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or technology adoption
  • Proven experience driving adoption of complex technologies in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI-enabled delivery models
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise AI adoption efforts across business and technology teams
  • Design and execute AI adoption and change strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Embed AI usage into day-to-day workflows rather than parallel experimentation
  • Develop and deliver role-based AI enablement and literacy programs
  • Establish AI communities of practice, champion networks, and coaching models
  • Create and maintain adoption artifacts such as AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and usage guidelines
  • Define adoption KPIs and track value realization and ROI
  • Identify adoption blockers and implement remediation actions
  • Translate AI governance and acceptable-use policies into practical guidance
  • Partner with AI architects, developers, and engineers to align adoption with technical delivery
