Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes and treat each patient through the full plan of care.
  • Set availability; patients are matched nearby within a maximum 30-minute drive, averaging 12 minutes.
  • Complete documentation in the Luna app in 3–5 minutes, without OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork.
  • Treat one patient per visit without overlapping appointments.
  • Prescribe and monitor workouts through the Luna app as part of the integrated care experience.
