  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience, or a combination
  • At least 1 year of people leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience, or a combination (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting (preferred)
  • Significant experience analyzing metrics, trends, and survey data, and using them to make strategic changes (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a people leader for ~4 direct reports, empowering and inspiring them to deliver their best work each day, establishing a team environment where each team member feels included and valued, and managing all talent and performance management activities
  • Lead the strategic direction for CODA, which includes defining team scope and impact, influencing program curriculum and experience, strengthening partner interaction models, and communicating team goals across the organization and with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage relationship with our CODA Accountable Executive and other key stakeholders, including S&G Recruiting, HRBPs and LOB/Tech teams.
  • Set strategies to ensure diversity, inclusion, and belonging are prioritized throughout the hiring and associate experience
  • Consult and problem solve across your program team and the broader Student & Grad organization
