About the job
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, guest service, or front office role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to deliver guest experiences.
- Professional presentation and a warm, welcoming personality are required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
- The ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is required.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is required.
- Full working rights in Australia are required.

- Deliver memorable luxury experiences that embody Sofitel's Art de Vivre and Club Millésime's exclusive offerings.

- Champion operational excellence through attention to detail, efficiency, and consistent service standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with hotel departments to ensure a flawless and personalised guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and lounge access in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Experience with Opera is preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
