About the Company

Guardian Pharmacy Services

Decentralized LTC pharmacy with national support

Guardian Pharmacy Services runs a network of long-term care pharmacies across 38 states, serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospice, and related facilities. Each pharmacy operates as a local business with 10%–20% ownership by local managers, while a national team provides centralized IT, finance, HR, marketing, data analytics, and payor relations, enabling 24/7 medication access, advanced packaging, and clinical pharmacist support, plus GuardianShield analytics. It differentiates itself through a decentralized, community-focused model that combines local autonomy with scalable corporate resources and data insights, unlike traditional centralized or single-site models. Its goal is to improve medication safety and adherence while reducing overall healthcare costs for facilities and their residents.
