  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Ability to prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
  • Ability to inspect vehicles for condition and cleanliness.
  • Ability to quote jobs.
  • Ability to inspect equipment for signs of wear and notify customers or the Operations Manager of findings.
  • Ability to complete paperwork for each job and maintain files, including daily time, progress, and duration.
  • Ability to determine parts to order for repairs and the timing of the need.
  • Ability to record parts, materials, labor, subcontractors, and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources.
  • Ability to submit required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
  • Keep current on products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
  • Ability to provide technical support to customers.
  • Ability to review product sales metrics and develop appropriate product selling plans and programs with the team.
  • Ability to perform needs assessments and develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations.
Responsibilities
