- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program is required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English to ensure patient and visitor safety when responding to medical and physical needs.
- Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn is required.
- Must attend at least 12 hours of continuing education provided by the center to maintain certification.
- Work a minimum of two shifts per week, including every other weekend, or work full-time hours depending on open shifts.
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care as a Regional Float Certified Nursing Assistant while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient and family satisfaction.
- Perform patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to patients' personal needs and comfort.
