Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in business analytics, market research, and/or competitive intelligence is required.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and techniques for extracting insights from complex datasets is required.
  • Expertise with artificial intelligence for market and business analysis is required.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies is required.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft environment, including Fabric and Azure, Python, R, or SQL, with experience querying and managing large databases are required.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is required.
  • Experience aligning analytics initiatives with business goals and driving measurable impact is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement analytics strategies aligned with firm goals, including proactive intelligence delivery and client segmentation.
  • Lead analytics projects from scope through delivery while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sector Practices, Practice Groups, Business Development and Marketing, and corporate groups to understand needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies while maintaining data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the evolution of internal tools for advanced business analytics, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support firm-wide decision-making, portfolio optimization, and sector intelligence through analytics strategies and insights.
  • Gather, analyze, and provide insights that inform firm strategy, talent strategy, and business development.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Meet deadlines, expectations, and required work duties.
  • Comply with firm policies and practices.
  • Participate in computer-based work, digital or virtual conference calls, and meetings as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or projects.
