Requirements
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business and/or Adult Education. If education is in a different area, they are open to hearing more.
  • At least five (5) years of experience working in a business education or learning environment.
  • At least three years of experience in the areas of curriculum design, development and facilitation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design, virtual learning and course project management.
Responsibilities
  • Report to Manager, Learning and Communication, Driver Education and Automotive Services.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessment, curriculum research, program design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs for AMA Driver Education and Roadside Assistance.
  • Consult on and collaborate with business partners to design, develop and deliver learning programs.
  • Ensure that the learning programs support and drive our business and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain eLearning programs through various learning platforms.
