Requirements
  • Must live locally within 1 hour of the noted territory.
  • Must be willing and able to provide therapy inside the family home as a regular part of the position.
  • Must maintain a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed, based on the availability of the youth and family.
  • Must regularly travel throughout the full identified service territory to meet with families and provide services where needed.
  • A master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, counseling, education, or another relevant human service profession is required for the site supervisor position.
  • Must hold or be eligible for applicable professional qualifications or licenses, including Qualified Professional, LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
  • Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, service providers, and care teams to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies while ensuring safety and stability.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in supervision when applicable based on licensure level.
