Responsibilities
  • As a Renewal Manager you will be responsible for the renewal of contracts within your assigned territory. You will project manage the renewals process through building account strategies, keeping to key timelines, building pricing proposals and ensuring alignment to company objectives.
  • Commercial expertise: You will strategically build renewal contracts in line with Braze policies and ensure agreements are structured to meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Operational efficiency: Lead the internal quoting and Order Form process to ensure agreements are signed on time and correctly reflected internally.
  • Collaboration: You will need to collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and extended teams to identify opportunity and risk across accounts.
  • Analysis: Review existing data to determine risk, opportunity and trends in your territory.
  • Forecasting: You will lead regular regional calls to discuss the renewals forecast and key risk or growth accounts, advising on forecasting best practice.
