Requirements
  • High school graduation and four years of related experience involving duties of increasing responsibility requiring discretion and independent judgment, or an associate degree and two years of related experience, or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to four years.
  • Demonstrated organization, self-motivation, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and external partners.
  • Skill in content creation, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
  • Ability to travel as required in the project area.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual training and events, including scheduling, reserving space, and setting up virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage event registration and communicate with event attendees.
  • Purchase and coordinate event materials and catering.
  • Provide day-of operational support for events.
  • Manage and report training attendance and evaluation data.
  • Work with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program awareness and build new partnerships.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms.
  • Draft email campaigns, flyers, and website content.
  • Coordinate assigned outreach and marketing activities and represent the team at events and outreach opportunities.
  • Ensure messaging is accessible, culturally responsive, and appropriate for families and caregivers.
  • Provide administrative support to program staff and leadership, including preparing meeting notes and managing the team calendar.
  • Maintain the team credit card, purchase supplies through appropriate University systems, and make travel arrangements for team staff.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
