About the job

Requirements
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in transformation, program management, management consulting, or a related discipline.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within large organizations, with clear accountability for business outcomes.
  • Experience working within or alongside technology and data teams, with a working understanding of how technical architecture decisions affect business value and delivery sequencing.
  • Working understanding of the insurance value chain and the technical and data landscape relevant to assigned initiatives.
  • Ability to proactively remove barriers, support leaders, and convert stalled momentum into forward progress with minimal direction.
  • Willingness to challenge scope assumptions and hold teams accountable to the ambition of the transformation.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational silos to manage interdependencies, unblock roadblocks, and keep milestones intact without relying on direct authority.
  • Resilience and discipline in the face of organizational resistance, competing priorities, and transformation fatigue.
  • Ability to operate in a hands-on delivery mode, working directly within squads to sustain momentum and resolve issues; support team members and contribute to a constructive working environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization, from working teams to senior leadership, with a focus on transparency and decisive action.
Responsibilities
  • Support the translation of business priorities into clear problem statements before delivery begins and flag scope concerns where the work may not be the most valuable work.
  • Identify which problems are genuinely new versus which have already been solved elsewhere in Chubb to avoid duplication of effort across the portfolio.
  • Define success in outcome terms that the business can sign off on and ensure solution design is cross-geography from day one.
  • Drive execution and value realization for assigned initiatives while maintaining alignment with business priorities and strategic intent.
  • Embed within business and technology teams on a day-to-day basis, working alongside program managers to accelerate delivery.
  • Align assigned initiatives to the integrated transformation roadmap, architectural standards, and agreed solution intent.
  • Manage interfaces between the squad and Technology, Data, Analytics, and People enablers, surfacing capacity conflicts early.
  • Identify when workstreams are solving the same problem in different ways and drive convergence before duplication develops.
  • Monitor delivery confidence continuously, escalate risks to value, timing, or outcomes, and maintain transparent reporting for leadership.
  • Clear blockers such as access, approvals, political friction, and resource gaps, and secure business engagement by demonstrating delivered value.
  • Execute change management and communications activities to translate initiatives into sustained behavioral adoption at the front line.
  • Participate in quarterly planning and road-mapping, sprint-level planning and retrospectives, and ad hoc working forums for key decisions and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to reporting frameworks that provide transparency into delivery progress and enable informed decision-making by leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior exposure to the insurance or financial services industry.

Vaultik partners with Chubb to offer AI-powered watch and jewellery authentication, valuation and insurance

Vaultik has partnered with Chubb to streamline the process of authenticating, valuing, and insuring watches and jewellery. Through Vaultik's platform, owners can photograph their items and receive AI-powered authentication and valuation results, reviewed by experts at Birmingham Assay Office. Eligible customers can then request insurance quotes from Chubb and purchase coverage digitally within the same application. The collaboration addresses a traditionally fragmented process that typically requires separate appointments for appraisal and insurance. The service is available through Vaultik's Collect App and can be offered by retailers, jewellers, and marketplace sellers. Vaultik currently partners with WhatNot and eBay Live. Vaultik's KYP protocol generates authentication and valuation outputs from photographs, whilst Birmingham Assay Office provides specialist review. Chubb underwrites the insurance coverage for eligible items.

Chubb edges 4% below fair value after Q2 2026 earnings despite 33% annual return

Chubb reported second quarter 2026 results with net income of $2.854 billion and earnings per share in line with the prior year. The insurer's shares fell 2.52% over seven days but delivered a 13.1% year-to-date return and 32.82% total shareholder return over 12 months. Analysts value Chubb at approximately $365.87 per share, suggesting the stock is roughly 4% undervalued at its recent close of $350.68. The company authorised a new $5 billion share buyback programme alongside growing dividends. Growth drivers include specialised insurance demand in cyber security and high-net-worth personal lines, supported by digitalisation and climate-related risks. However, the stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 12.1x, above the 11.7x US insurance industry average, leaving limited room for error if growth expectations weaken.
