Requirements
  • Excellent people skills with attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a college degree; preferred majors are Communications, Integrated Marketing Communications, or Business Majors, but other majors will be considered as well.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and proficiency in professional applications such as Windows, MS Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ability to engage and interact with high-ranking public and private stakeholders while maintaining highest levels of professionalism and maturity when representing ProSidian Consulting.
  • No remote work is allowed for Interns; candidates should have reliable transportation and be present to work standard business hours.
  • Willingness to learn, comfort with mass communications as an industry, and ability to handle a constantly changing environment where work may be strategic and tactical within a small growing firm.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Firm in traditional and non-traditional marketing campaigns through a coordinated use of promotional methods and marketing channels.
  • Set Social Media goals for the company and assist with planning to ensure brand contacts are relevant to the target audience.
  • Broaden IMC knowledge through traditional communication and marketing channels including communications with stakeholders such as opinion leaders, government agencies, media, financial community, and employees.
  • Focus on the following IMC areas: Digital/Interactive Media, Specialized Media, High Agency Accountability, Performance-Based Compensation, Widespread Internet Availability.
  • Learn and comprehend ProSidian’s solution sets and respond quickly and flexibly to client needs before and during engagements.
  • Work as a member of the ProSidian Consulting Engagement Team and gain experience in utilization of IMC tools to assist and execute the marketing plan for building awareness of ProSidian Consulting and its solutions.
  • Assist in execution of engagement strategy with Federal or Private clients and have a direct impact on strategic solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the mass marketing process learning from experienced professionals.
  • Report directly to the Managing Principal and contribute to the success of the ProSidian Marketing Campaign.
