The Director of Inbound B maximizes the success of our core marketing efforts through building and scaling a world-class global Inbound Business Development Representative business. As a tight collaborator with senior leaders in marketing and across the field, you will focus on building a consistent pipeline through the inbound funnel. You will build a best-in-class lead management and conversion process, allowing our BDRs to engage in meaningful customer conversations, ultimately driving inbound pipeline generation. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with members of Marketing Operations, Digital Demand Center, Field Marketing, and Sales.
Within this function, you will drive operational excellence and program delivery, ensuring we are well-positioned to execute across the business. Lastly, as a senior leader in the organization, fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence is required. Prioritizing BDR enablement and manager development will sit atop your list of priorities, as we are committed to growing career opportunities for employees.

What You Will Do
- As a tight collaborator with senior leaders in marketing and across the field, you will focus on building consistent and predictable pipeline through the inbound funnel
- You will build a best-in-class lead management and conversion process, allowing our BDRs to engage in meaningful customer conversations, ultimately driving inbound pipeline generation
- Partner closely with senior leadership in Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales to ensure operational excellence within the function
- Collaborate with Account Executives, SDRs and Sales Directors to optimize lead quality, delivering a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
- Drive SLAs, KPIs, and all key metrics across the Inbound funnel
- Manage Inbound reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization and offer valuable insights
- Observe current outreach and opportunity generation practices, immerse yourself in team metrics, and identify areas for improvement at scale
- Work with Inbound BDR agency to recruit, hire, and train the next generation of top BDRs
- Iterate, adapt, and experiment with a growth mindset
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- You have at least 7+ years of experience in growing sales organizations, of which 5+ years have been focused on scaling global BDR organizations with experience in fast-paced technology/SaaS companies
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline from enterprise accounts managing inbound prospecting teams
- Responsible for creating and iterating the business development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional BDRs
- Skilled at identifying and communicating organizational roadblocks and are able to work around them
- Power user of salesforce.com, BDR cadence management software, and BDR prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator).
- Robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting skill set and have detailed knowledge of SaaS tech stack including sourcing, prospecting, and outreach technologies
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently and adaptively, anticipate and mitigate friction points, and take initiative to promptly resolve and learn from challenges
The annual base salary range is: $188,000 – $301,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
