  • Plan scope for upcoming Engineering-led project initiatives effectively prioritise the highest value product features and improvements
  • When diagnosing or troubleshooting, identify root causes rather than simply dealing with symptoms
  • Able to estimate for challenging scopes of work, and when those estimates are off, coordinate with stakeholders in Product Management to address risks, and take ownership of the risk
