- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary contact for guests and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and a warm, welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls, occasional outbound calls, and respond to guest emails and chat inquiries about reservations, billing, and general questions.
- Coordinate and book private tours, tastings, and other custom guest experiences before arrival.
- Oversee pre-arrival room inspections, create maintenance tickets as needed, and ensure rooms meet property standards for each guest.
- Conduct thorough room checks after guest departures to maintain quality and cleanliness.
- Handle food and beverage sales through the Clover point-of-sale system and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain cleanliness of shared areas, including the bar and communal bathrooms.
- Familiarity with the unique demands and opportunities of opening a new property.
- Genuine interest in outdoor activities and sharing that passion with guests.
- Current certifications for alcohol and food handling compliance.
