Responsibilities
  • Work with Go-To-Market teams to identify and develop Professional Services opportunities
  • Advise customer’s senior leadership in building business cases for digital transformation
  • Lead pre-sales workshops with customers
  • Shape Professional Services deals, build and negotiate contracts/Statements of Work
  • Autonomously lead complex, multi-party implementation projects
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to drive product strategy
  • Collaborate with teammates on strategic projects
