Installation Manager / HVAC Technician
About the job
- Several years of practical experience in the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning field, ideally gained after vocational training.
- Strong technical knowledge of heating construction, especially the installation and commissioning of heat pumps.
- Knowledge of common heat-pump systems; experience with manufacturers such as Buderus/Bosch, Viessmann, Vaillant, Daikin or Stiebel Eltron is advantageous.
- A Category B driving licence and willingness to work on-site at construction locations.
- Lead and develop a team of career changers on construction sites, both technically and disciplinarily, while also working hands-on.
- Coordinate approximately two construction sites per week and ensure smooth operations through daily quality and progress checks.
- Train the team in the installation, commissioning and documentation of heat pumps and ensure high-quality execution.
- Provide practical feedback to improve processes and contribute ideas for further development.
- Act as the on-site contact for customers, explain the system during handover and coordinate closely with customer service.
- Install systems correctly, support service cases involving assigned systems and assist colleagues with technical matters.
- Knowledge of heat-pump systems from manufacturers such as Buderus/Bosch, Viessmann, Vaillant, Daikin or Stiebel Eltron.
