  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Customer orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Residence in Tijuana, Baja California, or availability to relocate.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact potential clients to offer credit origination products and services.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis of applications, ensuring the feasibility and profitability of transactions.
  • Prepare customized credit proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Manage the full origination process, from application through credit formalization, in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain a consistent, trusting relationship with clients while providing excellent service.
  • Meet the institution’s credit placement and portfolio quality targets.
  • Ensure adherence to the bank’s internal policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Stay informed about market and competitor trends in the region.
