  • A minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to assess client needs, leadership ability, build trust, deepen relationships, and/or self-source business combined with a proven record in consultative sales and delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • Actively listen to clients to determine their needs and goals and proactively interact with clients.
  • Communicate professionally, effectively, and confidently with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Analyze financial and credit data to advise clients on product and pricing policies and guidelines and gather additional required information.
  • Manage the full client end-to-end experience and resolve problems using effective customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized and personalized advice and guidance to financial-center clients across borrowing and banking offerings.
  • Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the bank's capabilities.
  • Analyze clients' financial needs and recommend financial services aligned with their priorities.
  • Present home-lending product solutions, submit mortgage applications, assist clients in gathering supporting loan documentation, and provide updates throughout the mortgage-loan process through outbound calls, email, and online messaging.
  • Conduct client outreach and pipeline-management activities and maintain consistent follow-up routines.
  • Respond to client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal partners.
  • Partner with financial-center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial-center associates.
  • Originate First Mortgage and home equity line of credit lending products in person or by telephone and provide products including auto loans, credit cards, and core banking products.
  • Balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care.

  • Knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional, jumbo, home equity line of credit, and government products.
  • Knowledge of structuring, processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations governing real-estate lending.
  • Knowledge of Federal Housing Administration and Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines.
  • Knowledge of other lending products, including credit cards and vehicle loans.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, and prior experience using laptop technology.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.

Bank of America launches AI-powered Payments Insights for CashPro clients to optimise treasury operations

Bank of America has launched Payments Insights, a new feature within its AI-powered CashPro Data Intelligence suite. The capability provides corporate and commercial clients with actionable intelligence on payment efficiency, cross-border flows and working-capital performance for their US accounts. The tool uses proprietary peer benchmarking and dynamic visualisations to help treasury teams identify trends and areas requiring attention. It was developed with direct client input, including feedback from the bank's CashPro Boards. CashPro facilitated 213 million payments in the first half of 2026, representing a 10% year-on-year increase. The new insights aim to help clients optimise payment methods, cross-border transactions and currency usage. Jennifer Sanctis, head of CashPro Personalised Technologies, said the tool helps finance teams "cut through complexity and focus on the decisions that matter most".

Bank of America cuts Carnival stock target to $38 as unhedged fuel costs surge 30%

Bank of America Securities cut its price target on Carnival from $42 to $38 ahead of the cruise operator's third-quarter earnings report on 29 September. Analyst Andrew Didora cited surging fuel costs as the primary concern, not weakening demand. Brent oil has gained 30% amid increased Middle East tensions. Carnival is the only unhedged cruise operator among its rivals, making it particularly vulnerable. The company reported fuel costs were up roughly 30% in the second quarter, resulting in a $73 million negative impact. Despite robust demand and record quarterly revenue of $6.7 billion, fuel remains Carnival's biggest problem. Customer deposits hit a record $9 billion in the second quarter. Combined Bank of America credit and debit card spending on cruise lines jumped to the mid-teens year over year in July and August.

Bank of America keeps Buy rating on Merck stock ahead of crucial lung cancer data
