  • Drive strategies to attract, develop, and retain technical and leadership talent; close capability gaps through build, buy, or borrow approaches, internal mobility, and upskilling and reskilling pathways as roles evolve with AI; develop location strategies that expand access to scarce talent while balancing cost, speed, and business needs; and implement focused retention actions for critical roles.
  • Coach senior leaders and elevate leadership and team performance; design and facilitate structured leadership team journeys that strengthen cohesion, decision quality, prioritization, and accountability; and lead rigorous talent reviews and succession planning to build continuity and deepen pipelines for critical roles.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning; strengthen employee feedback loops, improve organizational health, and reinforce sustainable performance norms.
