Requirements

Requires 1–2+ years of service or Quick Lane technician experience.
Must be detail-oriented and willing to follow directions.
Must be a self-starter and able to work as a team player.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and routine maintenance.
Inspect brakes, safety items, and vehicle systems.
Check and replenish vehicle fluids.
Perform general inspections and alignments.
Complete and document work accurately on repair orders.
Follow manufacturer procedures and participate in training.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Re-inspect completed work to ensure quality.

Spirit Lexus is growing! Join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in St. Louis as an Express / Quick Lube Technician.

We’re looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in quality work and providing an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Perform oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and routine maintenance
Inspect brakes, safety items, and vehicle systems
