Responsibilities
  • Apply expert program management knowledge to wide-ranging issues and assignments, working independently with guidance on only the most complex issues; may lead project teams.
  • Plan and forecast program work, monitor and ensure completion of projects and program maintenance and construction work orders, identify issues, develop solutions, and present recommendations and implementation plans to leadership for approval.
  • Provide standardized regular reports and custom ad hoc reports for special projects; support divisions with reporting operational metrics to identify performance trends.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to leaders on program progress toward goals.
  • Represent the program as a subject matter expert and stakeholder on process improvement teams, regulatory filings, and stakeholder groups; may support GRC witnesses with testimony development and data request responses.
  • Develop communication and training plans, ensure target audiences understand program purpose and applicable processes and requirements, and ensure program compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with the program.
  • Lead partner organizations in developing and implementing improved processes, best practices, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Manage all aspects of complex cross-departmental programs with significant line-of-business impact and lead development of plans to achieve program goals.
  • May design and develop new programs under broader goals and initiatives.
  • May develop new policies and supporting processes, infrastructure, documentation, and tools for new programs, including tools for tracking and control.
  • May lead work teams or groups without official direct reports.
  • May provide leadership or work direction to lower-level peers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
