Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor all orders ensuring they are routinely released with regular communication with Credit Control and Accounts Receivable
  • Compile and distribute daily "orders on hold" list
  • Investigate all credit requests and take appropriate action
  • Update and maintain records detailing credit information and issue monthly report to Customer Excellence Manager
  • Work with all parties to ensure prompt resolution to account queries
  • Open new accounts and maintain/update customer information on business systems
  • Claim and submit warranty invoice to Italy for accepted warranty inspections and report back to the business monthly
  • Issue monthly customer settlement credits
  • Perform any other duties as required by Management
  • Adhere to unit's guidelines on pricing of products to secure profitable business
  • Obtain market price information to support sales growth and profitability targets
  • Avoid potential errors that could lead to loss of reputation or claims from third parties when recommending/specifying products or offering technical support
  • Comply with the Company's export compliance procedures
