Requirements
  • An active and in-good-standing Florida Real Estate License is required where mandated by law.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a company quality assurance or VLO department, a similar quality assurance role, vacation ownership sales, or another sales environment is required.
  • Demonstrate strong product and program knowledge and the ability to respond to customer questions in a positive, customer-friendly manner.
  • Maintain a consistent record of good customer service, participation in training, and solid performance in a quality assurance or VLO role.
  • Maintain a consistent record of working independently and bringing recommendations or ideas to the team.
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and apply company processes, policies, and standards so customers close the purchase process with an accurate understanding of the purchased product and its terms.
  • Provide customers with all required contract, disclosure, and informational materials, and ensure the materials are communicated, prepared, and processed properly.
  • Audit video and audio recordings of sales processes and report potential deviations from quality assurance standards or policies to a supervisor.
  • Serve as a resource for company products and processes and as the customer contact point until the purchase and points-transfer process is complete.
  • Support closing, quality assurance, contract creation, and sales-support processes as needed.
  • Meet and engage with customers to present contracts and related documents, verify understanding of the purchased product and its terms, confirm that the product meets customer needs, and verify compliance with company policies and business guidelines.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of closing paperwork and processes, quality assurance processes, contract creation and sales processes, training materials, policies, products, and programs to address customer questions during and after closing.
  • Convey the position's role as a knowledgeable customer contact point throughout the purchase process.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Underwriting, and other departments to provide consistent customer messaging and an efficient closing experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and proactively seek resolutions, including developing tailored solutions aligned with company operations and values.
  • Examine closing materials and contract documents before customer meetings to verify preparation and minimize closing delays.
  • Follow required verbiage when presenting to owners and obtain consent for audio and video recording of the quality assurance process.
  • Analyze closing materials after customer meetings to verify accuracy and completeness before sending them to the Contracts department.
  • Notarize documents as needed.
  • Ensure customers complete the closing process with all necessary paperwork and information.
  • Participate in department training sessions and support trainers as needed.
  • Provide feedback to department management about quality assurance challenges and process-improvement opportunities, and assist with developing business operations where applicable.
  • Authenticate that sales presentations leading to closings comply with company training, policies, and values.
  • Audit video and audio recordings to guide coaching or corrective-action determinations.
  • Document quality assurance standards and procedures and collaborate with or support other quality assurance teams to meet company quality assurance and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and report on quality assurance and sales performance at selected sites.
  • Assist with contract creation processes as needed.
  • Exercise independent, sound judgment for a substantial portion of duties with limited supervision.
  • Follow company and department training, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhere to the attendance policy and report to the workstation at scheduled times.
  • Continually improve product knowledge, presentation skills, and performance in all areas of responsibility.
Desired Qualifications
