Requirements
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field is required.
  • At least three years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential treatment setting is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
  • Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Candidates must be able to provide constructive feedback and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Candidates must be able to assess, evaluate, and improve therapeutic environments.
  • Candidates must demonstrate initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Candidates must be committed to helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily treatment services in a 24-bed residential unit.
  • Supervise and mentor milieu staff to support quality care and professional development.
  • Evaluate and strengthen the therapeutic milieu to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate service.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
