Requirements
  • Relevant experience in operations management, event management, or site management is required.
  • Strong team-management skills and the ability to rally and engage employees are required.
  • Rigor, initiative, and dynamism are required.
  • Knowledge and ease with maintenance, customer service, parks, and arenas are assets.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's licence is required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the logistics of events, activities, and rentals.
  • Collaborate with organizers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Inspect sites and follow up on purchases, transportation, and storage of equipment.
  • Ensure protocols and best practices are properly followed on site at all times.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of the vehicle fleet assigned to the sites.
  • Supervise event setup, teardown, and execution.
  • Ensure deadlines are respected.
  • Assist the manager in guiding and supervising employees.
  • Provide training and support team development.
  • Promote a positive and motivating work environment.
