Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of digital media and/or advertising experience
  • Strong interest in digital and audio advertising
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to adhere to speed, accuracy, and responsiveness thresholds
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and Flash
  • Experience using Firebug, Charles, and other troubleshooting plug-ins
  • Experience trafficking to mobile and video environments
  • Experience using Order Management Systems and Ad Servers such as GAM, Megaphone, and LiveIntent
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Demonstrable record of professional written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Sales, Planning, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring accuracy of advertising contracts
  • Managing creative receipt, testing, and adjustments
  • Leading daily production responsibilities with high client satisfaction
  • Using HTML and CSS to build ad products
  • Providing pre-launch demo environments for review
  • Monitoring campaign launches and troubleshooting issues
  • Identifying and addressing campaign optimization needs
  • Pulling and uploading 3rd party delivery
  • Providing campaign screenshots and reporting
  • Investigating and addressing billing issues
  • Running campaign status update meetings
  • Collaborating with Sales on campaign management strategy
