Requirements
  • A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and a minimum of three years of experience in retail and/or customer service are required; retail or customer-service experience is identified as an asset.
  • General knowledge and an interest in cultural products, games, toys, and gift items are required.
  • Leadership, a sense of responsibility, strong analytical ability, exemplary communication, and varied availability are required.
  • Knowledge of office software is required.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality of customer service in the store by fostering team engagement in this area.
  • Manage the assigned human resources, including recruitment, training, evaluation, recognition, discipline, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Rigorously follow up on tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees and support them in carrying them out when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Keep knowledge of best-selling products and market nouveautés current and communicate it to employees.
