- Act as a brand champion by ensuring consistency in storytelling, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across channels, campaigns, and markets.
- Develop scalable content frameworks and reusable, repurposable, localized, and adaptable assets across regions when relevant.
- Monitor content performance and apply insights and best practices to improve content effectiveness and campaign results.
- Integrate content into relevant platforms such as Pardot and Optimizely.
- Partner with US Internal Communications teams to communicate Omnicell achievements, milestones, and information to the international team through relevant channels such as Teams channels, OmniHub, and town halls.
- Establish communication with headquarters counterparts in the United States to share knowledge and best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators against the marketing plan and initiatives where relevant.
- Complete ongoing training and development and maintain current knowledge of relevant marketing trends to share with the team.
