Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
  • Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits.
  • Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities, listen to concerns, and answer questions clearly and professionally.
  • Explain benefit and coverage information and help clients understand available options.
  • Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment.
  • Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews and assist with beneficiary and policy-related service requests.
  • Provide consistent follow-up, maintain accurate digital client records and documentation, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Once appropriately licensed, conduct virtual benefit consultations, identify client protection needs, explain coverage features, answer questions, help clients evaluate choices, and provide needs-based recommendations.
  • Complete applicable documentation, assist with beneficiary information, and provide ongoing support after enrollment.
  • Participate in required training, coaching, virtual meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administrative support, banking, call centers, military service, client relations, account management, recruiting, financial services, or sales may be helpful.
  • Previous insurance experience is not required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development are provided.
