Responsibilities
  • Analyze work order, asset, preventive maintenance, vendor, service-level agreement, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, outliers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, summaries, and visual stories that translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Present findings concisely to operations, account teams, leadership, and client stakeholders.
  • Own and execute projects associated with operational analytics and data storytelling.
  • Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for standardization.
  • Assist in developing improvement plans, tracking progress, validating results, and communicating outcomes.
