About the Job

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • At least 5 years of product management or product strategy experience is required.
  • A deep understanding of the Web3 and crypto industry is required, particularly exchange products such as institutional services, application programming interface trading, and VIP incentive programs.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making is required.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and iteration of VIP-related products, including VIP benefits systems, personalized campaigns, exclusive offerings, and customized customer services.
  • Collaborate with VIP sales, institutional account managers, and market-making teams to identify VIP customer needs and translate them into product features.
  • Lead the design and optimization of VIP customer lifecycle management solutions to improve retention and engagement.
  • Coordinate collaboration across research and development, design, operations, and risk control to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Monitor global market trends and industry developments to formulate localized product strategies for VIP clients in different regions.
  • Use data analysis and customer feedback to optimize user experience and drive platform trading volume and assets under management growth.
  • Establish competitor analysis mechanisms to evaluate industry VIP service differentiators and enhance the company's competitive position.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in centralized exchanges, brokerages, financial institutions, or products related to high-net-worth clients is preferred.
  • Multi-market collaboration experience is a plus.
