Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field.
  • Professional Engineer license or successful completion of the Professional Engineer exam, with ability to obtain licensure within one year.
  • At least four years of engineering experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing or supporting projects, schedules, and budgets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and project teams.
Responsibilities
  • Manage water and wastewater master planning projects, including schedules, budgets, and client coordination.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for Houston-area clients and build long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders to deliver water and wastewater planning solutions.
  • Support delivery of critical projects through sound engineering judgment and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor early-career engineers and help foster a supportive, growth-oriented team environment.
  • Expand technical and leadership capabilities through increasing responsibility and structured development opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in water and wastewater master planning, distribution and collection system hydraulic modeling, sanitary sewer evaluation studies, and/or impact fee studies.
  • Experience working with municipal clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior staff.
  • Interest in long-term leadership growth and team development.
  • Familiarity with planning and modeling tools or data analysis for infrastructure systems.
