  • Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Interaction design or HCI related field
  • Familiarity with design thinking, lean and agile approaches to creating software

Responsibilities
  • Design simple and intuitive user experiences keeping the user personas in the middle of every design decision
  • Work on all aspects of design - IA, user journeys, wireframes, and mockups (based on previously established style guides)
  • Partner on user research activities - conduct interviews, user journeys, and gather user feedback through usability tests
  • Contribute, manage and continue to build out the home-grown design system
  • Continue to be more proficient in Figma, the go-to design tool
  • Organize and maintain design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
