Responsibilities
  • Develop and support procedures to measure food service quality
  • Manage the Food team and support their professional development
  • Maintain team standards and service levels for existing programs
  • Support spaces and partnerships prioritizing safety and well-being
  • Act as an ambassador for the global Food program
  • Own Food program Opex and drive efficiency
  • Build and maintain effective supplier partnerships
  • Work closely with the Workplace Environments team to ensure new kitchens are designed appropriately
  • Shape team goals and priorities as a member of the Workplace Experience leadership team
