Responsibilities
  • Lead a field team to carry out installations of heat pumps within domestic homes
  • Ensure all field teams provide the best possible customer service
  • Find solutions to potential challenges when installing heat pumps
  • Ensure all installations meet compliance criteria
  • Lead the teams to ensure health and safety is a priority
  • Identify and plan for maximum utilization of field teams
  • Review and manage cost control of all installation activities
  • Engage the field team to understand and define key issues for improvement
  • Promote collaboration and find solutions to daily challenges
  • Identify and unblock recurring challenges and help speed up the installation process
  • Build resource requirements to meet operating targets
  • Support cross-manager information sharing and collaboration
