  • College education in Business analytics or similar program
  • 2-3 years previous Automotive Warranty Analyst experience
  • Savvy in excel and operating systems, Power BI etc
  • Demonstrated Analytical skill
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing efficient payments to Dealers for performance of Warranty, Recall, PDI and Transportation repairs
  • Provide warranty admin perspective on new/changed programs
  • Follow-up/assist DSMs on Dealer inquiries
  • Manage Global Tire Warranty process for Canada
  • Point of contact for process questions
  • Review/provide edits for upcoming warranty related Product Service Bulletin’s
  • Delivery of information to DSMs that maximizes field contact time
  • Formulate plan for field execution for Warranty Spend Reduction Initiatives
  • Participate in DSM monthly meeting agenda and deck
  • Coordinate bi-weekly conference calls with WCC/WSC
  • Annual review and update to Service Policies & Procedures manual
  • Assist with Warranty Labour Rates
  • Manage PQC required Dealers
  • Respond to General Warranty Inquiries from other HQ Departments
  • Review re-assigned H-route claims and provide recommendations to resolve
  • Support Cross function and special initiatives as required
