Solution Architect (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization) - United States (fully remote)

Ideal candidates demonstrate their commitment to the cause: you’re a seasoned Solution Architect or MC Developer with hands-on experience implementing Marketing Cloud Personalization.

Your day-to-day will include galvanizing our clients to lead them through all phases of the implementation, including (but not limited to):
- Development of client site maps
- ETL integrations with third party databases and CRM to map product and content catalogs
- Development of web, email, and mobile templates
- Collaborating with business leaders to design personalized campaigns that drive real business outcomes
- Helping the Thunder team build roadmaps to engage marketers of all levels and ideate on their short and long-term success
- Implementing best practices across web, mobile, server-side, and social channels that lead to customer happiness
- Documenting system architecture to ensure proper knowledge transfer across Thunder and client teams
- Engaging with other team members to estimate and plan projects
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Significant experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Demonstrable proficiency in architecting solutions independently and designing software with hands-on participation in building the solution for large-scale and/or complex implementations
- Experience solutioning on the Salesforce platform for enterprise-level customers
- Comprehensive knowledge of software, application, and platforms, and working knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations
- Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills
- Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations, and a willingness to achieve additional certifications on emerging technologies as required per the role
- Languages: JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and AMPScript

National hiring salary range for this role starts at $140,000, and job offer would additionally include full benefits package, target bonus as a percentage of your salary and based on company and personal performance, and equity opportunity.
